I sent the translation in a reply via, sms message, IM (instant messaging) and E-Mail. IM is the quickest source of communication, depending on the signal SMS, and E-mail, maybe quicker.
As for SMS, if you do not have signal you may not send the message, although they also must have signal to recieve the message. So the time taken can vary.
