I found a discussion which was first posted on March 10th 2009 (6 months ago), and i found it very useful even thought i don't know much about the digital divide. It gave some good examples of how the digital divide is becoming more popular, not just in well developed countries but in less well developed countries, such as South Africa where more and more mobile phones are coming of use.
