Most people in the ambulance service don't like the fact that they have to now spend much more time stuck in their ambulance other than sitting in a warm room watching tv and drinking nice hot tea or coffee. The ambulance workers may start to feel like they are doing longer hours and become much more bored and tired because they can't get up and walk around, they have to stay in the same place.
Although most workers don't like this, the new ICT which has been introduced to them has been very effective. The amount of time it takes to get to an accident has has decreased dramatically which can save more peoples lives now this has been done.
