John could use a PDA as it would be easy for him to carry around as it fits perfectly into a pocket and unlike an actual computer you can carry it wherever you go. A GPS would also come in use because instead of taking time to find a destination in an atlas you oculd just type the postcode into the GPS and it would come straight up. A laptop would also come in use because instead of putting information such as price plans on paper, he wouldn't be at risk of losing it if they were stored in the same place on a laptop. Plus peoples addresses and other information can be stored on there. John could use a mobile phone to also store peoples names and numbers and if he was running late he could phone the clients to let them know he'll be late.
The disadvantage of employing all this ICT is that the cost of all this will be very expensive, so a lot of money from his business will need to be used on updating all his ICT.
